  • Customized, personalized, or bespoke items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Initiating a Return

  • Our team will provide return instructions and address details.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is defective or damaged.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Since we do not offer electronic payments, refunds will be arranged offline, such as through bank transfer, check, or in-person collection (details will be provided via email).

  • Processing time for refunds: 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage along with your order number.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on availability and the situation.

5. Exchanges
